What She Said! with Christine Bentley & Kate Wheeler

Have you heard we are going “virtually” bald for #NoHairSelfie” in support of cancer research @ThePMCF?

What She Said is inspired by the strength of cancer patients undergoing cancer treatment.

That’s why we are participating in Princess Margaret‘s #NoHairSelfie campaign – the first-ever global digital fundraiser supporting World Cancer Day on February 4!

Please help us reach our goal by visiting our fundraising page at https://m.nohairselfie.ca/10592/participant/2511112?Lang=en-CA

More often than not, our motto “to interview, inform and inspire women all across Canada”, has led to our guests inspiring us through their personal stories, taking us along with them through their struggles and triumphs.

Far too often these impactful and courageous stories are rooted in cancer. We have seen and felt the emotional and physical toll taken from the diagnosis, through treatment and the aftermath. Hair loss is consistently one of the most visible signs of a patient battling this disease.

We believe cancer can be conquered in our lifetime and we want to help.

We will be shaving our heads “Virtually” with the #NoHairSelfie app on February 4th, World Cancer Day, to demonstrate our support for cancer patients around the globe.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their stories with us, to those we will talk to in the weeks leading up to our live broadcast from Princess Margaret Hospital on February 4th, and to all those participating in the #NoHairSelfie campaign!
